Hand picked and whole bunch pressed this chardonnay is sleek and modern. Natural yeast is combined with a long and tempered barrel fermentation.

Cabernet Sauvignon
This Cabernet Sauvignon represents the best parcels of cabernet fruit from the Island Brook property.
Merlot
This parcel of merlot is from mature vines grown on the Island Brook property. Small yields, combined with small berry size has delivered an intensely flavoured merlot wine.
Cabernet Merlot
A mature parcel of both Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot combine to deliver a classic blended red wine.
