Vineyard Heritage

The roots of Island Brook Estate trace back to the planting of the Metricup vineyard in 1985. The founders recognised the potential of the well-drained gravel loam soils and carefully selected grape varieties that harmonised with the unique terroir. This marked the beginning of a journey to produce wines that capture the essence of the Margaret River wine region.
